The company was established in 2003. In 2003, it signed an investment project with Meizhou municipal government and invested HK $30 million to establish Meizhou Union Chemical Co., Ltd. in Meizhou.            

Based on the chemical industry, the company now has Meizhou production logistics center and Guangzhou Marketing Customer Service Center. The company has been engaged in the production and sales of chemical raw material sodium Metabisulfite. The company is located in Dongsheng Industrial District, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of about 40000 square meters, and the production capacity of sodium metabisulfite is 50000 tons / year. In 2021, with technical transformation and expansion, the capacity of sodium metabisulfite will increase to 200000 tons / year, and the chemical varieties will increase to 70000 tons / year of sodium bicarbonate and 20000 tons / year of magnesium sulfate. At present, the company is one of the largest sodium metabisulfite manufacturers in South China. It ranks among the top three in the national industry strength. It is an international quality and has won the top ten brands in the industry.

The company pays equal attention to both export and domestic sales, and the products are widely used in the market. They are mainly used in electroplating wastewater treatment, urban domestic sewage treatment, textile printing and dyeing treatment, tanning process treatment, non-ferrous metal, cold fruit preservation, food anti-corrosion, pharmaceutical production and other industries.
